• Determine the need for certification and permitting documents for imported and exported goods (DoC, CE, Test Report, MSDS, food contact, phytosanitary, etc.)
• Prepare and verify the document package for customs clearance in Serbia
• Liaise with Serbian and international certification bodies, laboratories, and ministries
• Work with customs brokers and logistics companies
• Verify and select HS codes and related requirements
• Ensure products comply with Serbian and EU regulations
• Advise internal departments on certification and import-related matters
• Maintain a registry of documents and certificate validity dates
• Participate in optimizing logistics and certification processes
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, foreign trade operations, or certification
• Serbian, Russian, and English proficiency B2 or higher
• Understanding of import procedures in Serbia
• Knowledge of main certificate/declaration types (DoC, CE, Test Report, MSDS, etc.)
• Experience with consumer goods (FMCG, non-food, food contact, etc.)
• Knowledge of EU requirements (CE, REACH, RoHS)
• Experience working with customs brokers and regulatory authorities
• Ability to work with technical and permitting documentation
