Premium Beauty is a luxury hair salon and beauty studio, known for its outstanding hair straightening and care procedures, impeccable customer service and elegant aesthetic style. Due to team expansion, we are looking for an experienced Salon Manager who easily manages operations and staff, and is fluent in both Serbian and Russian.
What we are looking for:
• 3+ years of experience managing a premium beauty salon or working in retail/hospitality management.
• Serbian and Russian – advanced level (mandatory). English – preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM/booking systems (Narcisa, Fresha, etc.), experience working with KPI dashboards and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong sales-oriented mindset, calm approach when dealing with demanding clients, impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with keratin/advanced treatments and basic understanding of Instagram/Meta Ads are highly valued.
Your main responsibilities:
• Organisation and operations: shift planning, appointment scheduling, opening/closing the salon, implementing standard operating procedures and hygiene standards.
• Sales and KPIs: managing monthly targets (revenue, number of treatments, product sales, NPS), day-to-day salon performance, motivating the team for upselling/cross-selling.
• Team and HR: recruitment, onboarding and scheduling of front desk and stylists; evaluation, coaching, conflict resolution and team building.
• Clients and reputation: VIP service, resolving complaints/conflict situations, managing overall client experience, fast and professional online communication.
• Finance and administration: accurate work in CRM/Narcisa (bookings, invoicing, reports), cash register operations, payments, weekly and monthly reports to the owner.
• Procurement and logistics: stock planning, orders, cooperation with suppliers and service providers.
• Marketing coordination: aligning the marketing calendar with operations, organising shoots/photosessions, cooperation with influencers and partners.
• Projects and training: planning internal trainings and organising educational events in the salon.
