Rewise S d.o.o. is the Serbian branch of the Czech parent company Rewise s.r.o., specializing in the production of sawn timber. The entire management team is Russian-speaking, and we are currently looking for Russian-speaking employees as well.
– Willingness to learn the fundamentals of wood science (structure of hardwoods, physical, mechanical, and technological properties of wood, classification of wood defects, etc.) and wood processing (principles of wood sawing, maximizing material yield, technological processes). Existing knowledge will be a strong advantage
– Knowledge and understanding of the basics of economics, labor organization, production, and management
– Experience in leading a team
– Motivation to work and grow professionally
– Serbian language proficiency at a minimum B1 level
– Direct participation in the sawing process and production of sawn timber
– Operating one of the machines within the production line
– Quality control of finished products
– Organizing work on the production site
– Implementing measures to prevent defects and improve product quality
– Ensuring fulfillment of production targets
– Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, production standards, and labor discipline
