Required skills:
– Bachelor’s degree, in business, social sciences or similar
– At least 1 year of relevant work experience in similar roles
– High level of ability to write and speak in English and Russian
– Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
– Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Would be a plus:
– Good knowledge of Serbian legislation
As an Administration Specialist (Russian speaking) at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:
– Preparation of documentation in the field of labor relations – contracts, annexes, administrative bans, employment certificates, decisions on absences
– Communication with external agencies for salary calculation – forwarding of data and documentation for the establishment and termination of employment, for the application of employees’ family members for health insurance, up-to-date records of all changes in personal data and contractual conditions, sending inputs required for monthly salary calculation
– Registration and de-registration of the benefit program for employees, records of changes
– Assistance to employees in connection with residence and work permits, health insurance, submission of requests to the PIO fund, assistance with opening a salary account, as well as communication with government institutions regarding the regulation of given documentation
– Keeping proper records of the prepared documentation of employees and monitoring its expiration
