NIKOLA INTERTRANS is a transport and logistics company with its own modern fleet and a team of experienced drivers. We have many years of experience in international freight transport and focus on fast, safe, and reliable delivery — as well as supporting and developing our employees.
Due to an increasing workload, we are looking for a responsible and independent specialist to join our operational dispatch team and help organize international shipments.
Who we’re looking for:
– Proven experience as an international transport dispatcher (mandatory)
– Fluent Russian (mandatory)
– Serbian will be a big plus
– Understanding of logistics processes and transport documentation
– Knowledge of drivers’ working time and rest regulations
– Confident PC skills and experience with software/tools (Excel, Office, 1C, Telegram)
– Ability to respond quickly when needed, including outside working hours
What you will do:
– Plan routes across Europe; assign drivers, vehicles, and orders
– Manage the driver team: daily communication, route control, and оперативное resolution of on-the-road situations
– Prepare and maintain transport documentation
– Keep records for drivers and trips
– Track and calculate trip expenses; receive and verify drivers’ reports
– Analyze logistics costs and suggest optimization improvements
– Prepare regular reports for management
