Readiness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management.
Experience in opening hotels from scratch.
Strong organizational abilities and effective process management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and a track record of successful hotel launches.
Stress resistance and the ability to quickly find solutions.
English proficiency at C1 level.
Knowledge of Russian is welcome
Organizing the launch process of new hotels in accordance with the management company’s standards.
Monitoring the effective operation of hotel managers and ensuring a high level of service.
Developing strategies for the growth of hotel complexes and improving their operational activities.
Salary starting from $2000+KITAS (woking visa)+accommodation expenses
readiness to relocate to Bali
previous hotel experience in housekeeping, guest relation is mandatory
