As a seasoned HR Business Partner, I developed and implemented recruiting strategies, and benefits programs and cultivated a corporate culture. I have experience with different metrics: cost per hire, eNPS, time to hire, Employee Turnover rate, etc. I incorporated performance systems and raised Employer brands for different IT companies (biotech, SaaS, Web3 cybersecurity).
