• Plan your work based on tasks set by the Category Manager within the Food category
• Place orders to the distribution center and stores according to supply contracts with vendors, within assigned product categories
• Manage inventory levels
• Work with shipping and accompanying documentation
• Handle claims and disputes with suppliers
• Maintain and control settlements with suppliers
• Maintain and ensure accurate information on trademarks and labeling in the internal system
• Complete day-to-day tasks assigned by the Category Manager within the category
• 1+ year of purchasing/procurement experience
• Experience in foreign trade operations (VED) is a plus
• Serbian language proficiency C1 or higher (spoken and written), Russian B2 or higher; English is a plus
• Ability to work with large volumes of information; strong attention to detail
