NIKOLA INTERTRANS is a transport and logistics company with its own modern fleet and a team of experienced drivers. We have many years of experience in international freight transport and focus on fast, safe, and reliable delivery — as well as supporting and developing our employees.
Due to our expanding workload, we are looking for a responsible and self-driven person to join our operations dispatch team and take part in organizing international transportation.
Who we’re looking for:
– Interest in logistics and a genuine desire to grow in the profession
– Confident computer skills and experience with office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, messengers)
– Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work with information, and communicate effectively with drivers and colleagues
– Serbian language skills will be a strong advantage
– Logistics experience is a plus, but we’re happy to consider candidates without experience and provide training
What you will do:
– Assist with planning routes across Europe
– Communicate with drivers and support them in resolving day-to-day issues during trips
– Fill in, check, and organize transport documentation
– Keep records of trips and key operational data
– Receive and process drivers’ reports after trips are completed
– Learn and understand international transportation processes in practice
