E-commerce and Sales Manager (CV must be submitted in Serbian)

Requirements
We are looking for:
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce/sales (preferably in beauty, fashion or premium retail). • Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce (or similar platforms), GA4, Pixel/Events, and email marketing automation (Klaviyo/Mailchimp). • Understanding of CRM/booking systems (Fresha/Narcisa or similar) and working with prices, discounts, coupons. • Experience in B2B sales/export (inquiries, offers, negotiations, contracts, logistics). • Languages: Serbian, Russian and English are mandatory.
Key responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
• You grow online sales (education programs, products, gift sets) and appointment bookings — as if it were your personal mission. • You optimize the online store and user experience (speed, UX, checkout, payments, delivery). • You create and implement marketing campaigns (email/SMS, influencers, partners) and manage the sales funnel from lead to purchase/booking. • You develop B2B and export: partnerships and distributors in the region and abroad (contracts, price lists, targets). • You manage KPIs: ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, daily/monthly reports and action plans. • You coordinate the e-commerce calendar with the salon, education programs, magazine and warehouse.

Additional Information
Preferable:
• Experience working with influencers/affiliate sales, marketplaces and payment systems (Stripe/PayPal). • Knowledge of Excel/Sheets for preparing offers, profitability analysis and forecasts. • A strong communication style and alignment with our visual standards.
