Requirements
– Experience in a customer support, administrative, or coordination focused role is a big plus
– Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
– High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication
– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality
– Comfortable working within structured processes and clearly defined workflows
– Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
– Experience working with CRM or internal systems is an advantage
– Confident computer skills and familiarity with standard office tools
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Key responsibilities
– Manage handovers of customer-related tasks and requests, ensuring all pertinent information is accurately captured and documented.
– Coordinate and schedule follow-up actions, maintaining well-structured calendars and task lists.
– Prepare, send, and follow up on customer-related documentation promptly and professionally.
– Act as the primary point of contact for written customer communication within the assigned project.
– Respond to inbound enquiries professionally or route them to the appropriate internal teams.
– Provide administrative support across customer communication workflows and internal processes.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems and CRM tools.
– Support data entry, documentation, and customer information management across platforms.
– Collaborate closely with operations, customer support, and finance teams to ensure the smooth execution of requests.
– Support team members with general coordination, scheduling, and follow up tasks
