– Experience in relevant projects;
– Conversational English (Serbian is an advantage);
– Friendliness, attentiveness, quick reaction;
– Ability to work in a high-traffic, popular venue;
– Desire and willingness to engage deeply with the product and the concept of the establishment.
– Taking orders, serving food and drinks, processing payments;
– Knowledge of the menu and advising guests;
– Maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area;
– Supporting the team’s workflow and pace.
– Full-time waiter schedule: flexible, 4 days per week (8/10/12-hour shifts);
– Weekend waiter schedule: 2/5 (Saturday and Sunday, 8-hour shifts);
– Staff meals and beverages;
– Corporate uniform;
– Employee discount on all products;
– Discount on Serbian language courses;
– Paid vacation (full-time positions only);
– Official employment and assistance with residence permit processing (after the probation period) (full-time positions only).
Work location for full-time waiter – Sloj Waterfront;
Work location for weekend waiter – Sloj Vračar.
