– At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position.

– Knowledge of service standards.
– Conversational Serbian; English will be an advantage.
– Experience working with POS systems such as iiko.
– Serving guests and assisting them with food and drink choices.
– Preparing the venue for opening and closing shifts; maintaining cleanliness in the café; careful handling of resources, equipment, and furniture.
– Introducing guests to the concept of the venue.
– Communicating guest feedback to the manager or head chef.
– Participating in deep cleaning and team-building activities.
– Stable salary paid twice a month.
– Flexible schedule: 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts by agreement.
– Official employment after successful completion of the probation period.
– Assistance with obtaining a residence permit.
– Staff meals, uniform, paid vacation, and medical insurance.
