We are LENKEP, an international HR agency operating in 14 languages and specializing in recruitment for High-Risk, IT, FinTech, cryptocurrency, Digital, IGaming, and Affiliate marketing sectors.
Requirements
– Experience in recruitment or strong motivation to grow in HR; – Excellent communication skills; – Ability to work in a multitasking environment; – Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility; – English proficiency at B2 level, Serbian is a plus.
Key responsibilities
– Sourcing and attracting candidates (job platforms, LinkedIn, databases, referral programs); – Conducting initial interviews (screening calls, online interviews); – Assessing candidates’ fit with vacancy requirements; – Organizing and coordinating interviews with hiring managers; – Maintaining the candidate database and keeping ATS data up to date; – Preparing and publishing job postings; – Communicating with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process; – Participating in improving recruitment processes and employer branding.
