Requirements

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of modern and Russian cuisine.
• Understanding of:
• product range and quality requirements;
• write-off standards, inventory control, and product usage regulations;
• standards and technical requirements for raw materials and semi-finished products;
• food storage rules and shelf life;
• principles of technological equipment operation and proper usage conditions.
• Understanding of technological processes.
• 2–3 years of experience in leadership positions (Sous-Chef, Chef de Partie, Senior Cook).
• Working knowledge of English or Serbian.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build efficient workflows.

• Experience in a café, restaurant, or food production environment.
• Confident work in both hot and cold kitchen sections.
• Knowledge of sanitary standards.
• Understanding of cooking technologies.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Organizing the work of cooks during shifts.
• Training and developing team members.
• Participating in the development and maintenance of technological cards (TTK).
• Preparing hot and cold dishes, side dishes, and beverages according to recipes and technological standards.
• Participating in creating new dishes and updating the menu.
• Ensuring compliance with sanitary standards.
• Maintaining stable and uninterrupted kitchen operations.
• Monitoring cooking technology and quality of service.
• Controlling stock levels, expiration dates, rotation, and write-offs.
• Ordering and organizing product acceptance.
• Participating in inventory checks.
