We operate our own production facility in Novi Sad, which allows us to maintain consistent quality at every stage. – Experience in sales or customer service (retail, horeca, call center, real estate, B2B sales, etc.);
– Confident spoken and written Serbian (you will communicate with clients and partners primarily in Serbian);
– Russian language skills are a plus, as part of the team is Russian-speaking;
– Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships;
– Proactive attitude, openness, and willingness to deeply understand the product;
– Desire to learn and grow in sales, working with both private clients and partners.
– Communicating with warm leads who have submitted inquiries themselves (website, social media, referrals);
– Consulting clients on the product: building format, materials, timelines, basic technical questions (full training provided);
– Conducting negotiations via phone, messengers, and in-person meetings;
– Guiding clients from the first contact to installation, acting as their main point of contact;
– Initiating and building partnerships with architects, cottage communities, and developers (scheduling meetings, presenting the company and product);
– Working in CRM: recording inquiries, tracking deal stages and tasks;
– Managing social media in terms of client and partner communication: responding to incoming messages, forwarding requests internally, and occasionally publishing project updates according to an agreed plan.
– 5/2 schedule from 9:00 to 18:00 with fixed days off;
– Fixed salary from 80,000 RSD + percentage from sales and completed projects (income grows with performance);
– A mentor to support you at the start: product training, communication scripts, handling complex situations;
– Work in a comfortable office in Novi Sad, close to the production site;

– Daily office presence in Novi Sad is required (this is not a remote position);
– The role is suitable for someone who enjoys combining work with private clients and building partnerships (architects, cottage communities, developers);
– The workday is communication-intensive: you will respond to incoming inquiries and proactively initiate new contacts and meetings;
