Requirements

– The main requirement is experience in recruitment and readiness to continue developing in this field; experience hiring for sales teams is highly desirable;
– Understanding of the HR role in the recruitment process and within the company as a whole;
– Ability to build strong partnerships with the business;
– Ability to defend your position with аргументы while remaining open to new ideas;
– Independence and decision-making skills, combined with willingness to learn, adapt, and accept feedback;
– Organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to inspire and energize people around you;
– Desire to develop the HR function and build a team;
– Experience in people management is desirable but not mandatory;
– Spoken and written English at B1 level or higher; fluent English (B2+) will be a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

– Key priority: building a strong sales team — recruiting specialists and managers for the sales department (more than 50% of working time at the start);

– Currently, most other tasks will also focus on recruitment for additional roles — IT, digital, customer support, and office staff;

– In the future, recruitment will remain a core focus, but we see this role as strategic: you will build and lead the HR department, establish processes, become a full member of the leadership team, and be responsible for developing corporate culture.
