Requirements
We are looking for a professional who: Has experience managing a team of 8+ people (production, large-scale catering, or restaurant). Knows how to motivate a team and maintain a strong work pace. Understands food cost and principles of minimizing write-offs. Has a valid medical certificate (or is ready to obtain one promptly).
Key responsibilities
Your tasks: Managing the team: organizing and supervising a shift of 8–12 employees (chefs, assistants, packers). Quality control: checking each production batch to ensure compliance with Easy Freezy standards. Working according to TTK: strict adherence to recipes and production technologies. Discipline and sanitation: monitoring storage standards, workshop cleanliness, and staff hygiene.
