My name is Vera Loeva and I am a Business analyst. Now I am living in Moscow and find a job in Serbia.
About my work experience.
My career in IT started in the position of support worked on the helpline. Company Umans sold the 1C product and provided customer support. Users called as from telephone and described the problem for work with 1C. I was looking for an answer to a user’s question and solving the problem. In this place I developed my communication skills and learned to quickly delve into the unknown subject area and various program functionality.
Later worked in position for business analyst in the largest Russian transport and logistics companies – FESCO. There I also helped internal users, trained specialists to work with the IT-system, solve the user’s problems, created instructions with description how to using the system. Communication with specialists, researched and analyzed subject area, after writing a prosses (personnel, legal, transport and other) in notation BPMN, IDEF. Optimized them and applied best practices for business. I loved this place very much. It’s was interesting to work there. Also I practice Lean and Agily methodology there.
In Lemana PRO I strengthened my competencies of analyst. I’m still helping users in the company. I’m working on refining the internal 1C product. I collect user requirements, write technical specifications and give it to the developers. Our system includes a huge number of business processes, so it’s interesting to work with. I learning something new every time. I currently work as a feature owner.
I hope to find a job as a business analyst in a remote format or with offices in Serbia through your website.

Scope of work:
Managing and participating in projects to develop/modify the company’s information system to meet the company’s needs, building new business processes. Working with the product team.
