Previous experience as a bartender
Experience with cocktails (knowledge of classic recipes and basic techniques)
Experience preparing coffee drinks
Cleanliness and strong organization skills behind the bar (high internal work standards)
Open communication skills and critical thinking
Attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to grow
Neat and well-groomed appearance
Russian language required; basic English or Serbian
Providing a high level of service to guests
Working in the service area: taking and serving orders
Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
