Corporate Sales Manager (B2B)
We are a medical center in Belgrade and a company providing corporate healthcare services and medical tourism. Our main goal is to develop the corporate segment and attract new partners and companies for employee medical checkups.
Requirements
– Fluent Serbian language – Experience in sales, B2B, or working with corporate clients – Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, proactive attitude, and enthusiasm (very important!) – Organization, responsibility, and ability to work independently
Key responsibilities
Finding and attracting corporate clients (B2B): • Cold calls and visits to companies to present corporate packages and medical checkups for employees; • Conducting presentations and negotiations with companies; • Maintaining databases and spreadsheets with information about potential clients.
Developing and maintaining partnerships: • Interacting with current and potential partners; • Negotiating cooperation terms and organizing joint projects; • Completing other offline tasks related to partnerships and corporate clients.
