Lead the new helpdesk infrastructure, after moving from outsourcing company.
– provide full technical support to employees in office and remote
– provide IAM access and audit to internal services
– serve hardware and cloud servers and services on them used conpanywide (Jira,Gitlab,MS Office,Exchange,confluence,etc.)
– Research and order suitable tech for employees
(Laptops, headsets, mouses)
– Automate routine with bash,python,ansible, gitlab ci.
