BreadVenture is a small artisan bakery in Belgrade where we bake sourdough bread and pastries.
We work with high-quality ingredients, pay great attention to technology, and strive to build honest, warm, and professional service for our guests.

Coffee-making skills will be a big advantage, but if you don’t have experience — we are ready to train you.
• coffee preparation
• communication with customers: presenting the bakery, products, promotions, and discounts
• assembling and handing out orders
• working with the cash register
• maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace
• helping the team with routine tasks during bakery shifts
• stamping and preparing packaging
• payment of 400 RSD per hour
• official employment
• discounts on bakery products and the opportunity to take some products
• a young and close-knit team
• opportunities for growth and development with initiative
• pleasant and friendly guests
Schedule: shift-based. Possible options:
• full shift — 7:30–17:30 (10 hours)
• short shift — 7:30–12:30 or 12:30–17:30
We definitely will not be a good fit if a person regularly:
• is late
• creates a toxic atmosphere in the team
• is closed to feedback and not ready to discuss work processes
