– Education in marketing, advertising, or related fields
– At least 2 years of experience as Head of Marketing
– Proven B2B case studies
– Successful experience in setting up advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads
– Ability to analyze and interpret analytics data
– Understanding of SEO principles
– Skills in managing projects and people
– Good level of English (written and spoken)
– Willingness to work in the office in Belgrade
– Development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at promoting the company’s products and services to B2B clients
– Team management and coordination of team members (content manager, designer, SEO specialist)
– Preparation of reports on advertising campaign performance
– Setup and management of Facebook Ads campaigns
– Optimization of advertising budgets and improvement of campaign ROI
