We’re currently looking for a passionate and reliable team members to join our busy brunch restaurant in Belgrade.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated team player who is punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate:
– Is fluent in English
– Has a basic knowledge of Serbian
– Has recidence permit
– Is friendly, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
– Greet and interact with guests in a warm and welcoming manner
– Accurately take and process customer orders
– Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, presentation, and timing
– Answer menu-related questions and offer thoughtful recommendations
– Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints in a calm and professional way
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas
– Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient daily operations
Salary: 70,000 RSD/month (400 per hour) + tips + bonuses
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
Probation: 1 month
