Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of modern and Russian cuisine.
• Understanding of:
• ассортимент and quality requirements for dishes;
• write-off standards, accounting, and rules of product usage;
• standards and technical conditions for raw materials and semi-finished products;
• storage rules and shelf life of products;
• principles of operation of technological equipment and conditions of its use.
• Understanding of technological processes.
• Work experience of 2–3 years in leadership positions (sous-chef, chef de partie, senior cook).
• Knowledge of English or Serbian at a working level.
• Strong communication skills and ability to organize workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Organizing the work of cooks during the shift.
• Training and developing staff.
• Participation in developing and maintaining технологические карты (recipe/tech cards).
• Preparing hot and cold dishes, sides, and beverages according to recipe cards.
• Participation in creating new dishes and updating the menu.
• Compliance with sanitary standards.
• Ensuring stable and uninterrupted kitchen operations.
• Controlling cooking processes and quality of dishes.
• Monitoring stock, expiration dates, rotation, and write-offs.
• Ordering and organizing product deliveries.
• Participation in inventories.
