Administrator, content-creator

TopBear detailing is one of a kind detailing studio in Serbia and the balkans.
We cover the area of 1000 sqm with the most premium high quality services in the market.

Requirements

Pleasant appearance;
Strong communication skills;
Conversational knowledge of Serbian;
Independence and initiative;
Minimal experience shooting photos/videos on a phone

Key responsibilities

1. Working with clients: greeting guests, serving in the waiting area, offering car fragrance selections;
2. Participating in SMM processes: picking up during the day, assisting the SMM specialist;
3. Monitoring stock levels of water, coffee, and household chemicals;
4. Monitoring the condition of client areas (guest restroom, cafe, reception);
5. Carrying out specific assignments for studio management (find/call);
6. Processing purchase receipts and liaising with the accounting department;
7. Responding to reviews on Google Maps.
