Whether it’s a technical glitch in a warehouse system or a complex B2B client request, my goal is always the same: to find a solution that keeps the business moving forward.Currently, I work at CDEK Fulfillment, where I act as the Technical Support lead for our key B2B accounts. My daily life involves diving into our WMS and CRM systems to troubleshoot integrations and resolve incidents, ensuring our partners stay happy and our SLA stays at a solid 99%.What I bring to the table:
