You are a perfect fit for us if you:
– are confident in English (B2 or higher);
– already have experience in technical support or the IT field;
– are able to analyze problems and find non-standard solutions.
Tasks you will handle:
– resolving technical issues for our B2B clients and internal stakeholders;
– analyzing incidents, bugs, and their root causes, processing data based on logs;
– collaborating with support team colleagues to resolve tasks;
– communicating with clients in English (in written form, we are not a call center!).
