Requirements

Our ideal candidate:
– has strong written communication skills in Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate / B2 or higher);
– understands processes well and can work with technical documentation (relevant education is a plus);
– has basic technical skills and a willingness to learn;
– is detail-oriented, аккуратен and responsible in work;
– can work in a multitasking environment and responds quickly to changes in systems and processes;
– demonstrates initiative and a team-oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities

What you will do:
– set up payment solutions and support clients throughout all stages of integration;
– handle incoming requests in chats (Teams, Telegram, Slack);
– maintain written communication with clients (primarily in English);
– consult clients during setup and help resolve возникающие issues;
– ensure correctness and completion of integrations before going live;
– collaborate with internal teams (backend developers, administrators, project managers) to resolve client tasks;
– maintain and update internal documentation: manuals, guides, and setup instructions.
