SonderAds is a marketing team that creates viral advertising videos and develops its own applications. Our focus is on short-form videos that capture attention from the very first seconds and help our marketing team achieve outstanding results.
You are a perfect fit if you:
— have at least 6 months of experience as an AI Creator;
— have experience generating video content using AI (Freepik AI, NanoBanana, Veo, Runway, Pika, Kling, etc.);
— are confident in prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Gemini) and can consistently achieve high-quality results;
— stay up to date with AI trends, test new tools, and implement the best ones into your workflow;
— understand trends and the mechanics of viral content;
— understand retention hooks, CTR-first approach for the first 3 seconds, and performance-driven video structure;
— quickly test hypotheses and iterate on creatives;
— can write clear and strong scripts;
— are responsible and comfortable working with feedback and revisions.
Nice to have
— experience in verticals such as Utilities, AI-driven apps, Lifestyle & Wellness, Dating / Social;
— experience editing videos in CapCut / Premiere / After Effects after AI generation.
What you will do:
— participate in building and developing the AI direction within the team;
— generate ideas and hypotheses for advertising creatives;
— turn ideas into scripts with strong hooks and clear structure;
— create video content using AI tools;
— analyze the market and competitors’ approaches, adapting the best solutions to our needs;
— work with prompts: create, optimize, and systematize them;
— set clear and structured tasks for the motion design team.

— paid internship (1 month): during this time you will complete training with practical tasks, get to know the team, and understand if the format and tasks suit you;
— remote work format: we move fast, work as a team, and focus on results;

— schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 (Cyprus time);
— 20 days of vacation and paid sick leave;
— probation period: 3 months;
— fixed net salary from $1000 (depending on your expertise);
— we follow the Cyprus holiday calendar.
