A coffee shop in the very center of Belgrade
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BARISTA:
– passionate about coffee and eager to grow in the field
– with at least 1 year of experience in a coffee shop (we are also ready to consider candidates without barista experience but with experience in hospitality)
– neat and detail-oriented
– with conversational English or Serbian
– empathetic, who loves people and can connect with any guest
– who follows cash handling procedures
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
– take guest orders
– prepare coffee and other beverages according to recipes (tech cards)
– communicate warmly with guests and colleagues
– maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace
– conduct inventory checks
– work with the cash register
WE OFFER:
– rate from 400 RSD/hour + tips, final salary based on interview results (depending on experience and skills) + bonuses for proactive employees
– stable schedule (3–4 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
– salary payments twice a month
