Sonder is a coffee company with its own coffee roasting and two cafés in Belgrade.
The cafés are places you can visit every day: in the morning for good coffee, pastries, and breakfast; during the day for a quick bite or to buy coffee for home; in the evening for wine and snacks.
The food is simple and straightforward, without complex presentations or experiments — something you can enjoy every day. The menu is small and frequently updated. It was developed and is still curated by Ivan Shishkin.
The roastery is open, and all processes are visible from the café. Coffee roasting is led by Maksim Saprykin (ex. Bolshecoffee Roasters).
There is also a retail shelf — drips, capsules, coffee beans, granola, jams, and other products are available to take home.
The founders of the project are Klim Zhukov (Aster, Rene) and Evgeniya Tolmacheva (ex. Verle Coffee Roasters).
– at least 1 year of experience in specialty coffee in high-volume cafés;
– theoretical knowledge of coffee;
– latte art skills (heart, tulip);
– аккуратность and adherence to established processes;
– confident English, Serbian is a plus.
– working on the coffee machine, preparing classic espresso-based drinks, filter and hand-brew, lemonades, and signature drinks;
– daily equipment maintenance and weekly cleaning of espresso grinders;
– working with the cash register, maintaining cash discipline, and communicating with guests;
– maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace.
– work permit and assistance with residence permit after the probation period;
– meals;
– uniform;
– internal training on product and service;
– access to an online Serbian language school.
