Interest and motivation to grow in the hospitality industry and be part of a strong bar team.
Conversational English — for comfortable communication with guests.
Serbian language — a plus.
Attention to cleanliness, good communication skills, responsibility, efficiency, and the ability to keep the flow behind the bar.
Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the team.
Understanding of bar culture, cocktails, and guest experience is a strong advantage
Interacting with guests, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the menu.
Maintaining a high level of service and contributing to a welcoming, well-balanced atmosphere in the bar.
Preparing and serving drinks with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
Keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully set up throughout the shift.
Working with Syrve (IIKO), cash register, and payment terminal.
Participating in tastings and internal training to develop product knowledge and service skills.
Working as part of a team, maintaining smooth communication and bar flow.
Following hygiene, safety, and internal standards.
Location: Central Belgrade, easy access by public transport.
Schedule: Shift-based (2/2 or 3/3 — flexible).
Payment: 450 RSD per hour + tips + KPI bonuses.
Average monthly income: from 100,000 RSD.
Employment: Official employment after a paid probation period.
