We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Serbia and drive key HR processes across the company. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for employees and managers, supporting business growth through effective people management and engagement.
-2+ years of experience in an HR Manager / People Partner role
-Strong understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle, engagement)
-Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level in English and Russian
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
-High level of ownership
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work with data and make informed decisions
-Experience in the IT industry will be a plus
Nice to have: Serbian
-Act as an HR Partner for teams: support employees throughout the full lifecycle (onboarding, adaptation, development, offboarding)
-Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and support employees’ professional and career growth
-Maintain and update HR systems and employee records
-Participate in and improve performance review processes
-Build strong relationships with employees and managers, acting as a trusted advisor
-Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, identify improvement areas
-Identify retention risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
-Contribute to corporate culture initiatives and internal activities
-Participate in employer branding and HR brand development
