– knowledge of sanitary and hygiene standards and HACCP principles

– preparing ingredients and dishes according to standard recipes
– maintaining order in the kitchen and refrigerators
– participating in monthly inventory counts
– following sanitary standards and maintaining cleanliness at every stage of work
