• Planning your work based on tasks assigned by the category manager within the category (Non-Food);
• Managing inventory levels and product demand at the distribution center, as well as controlling inventory levels in stores;
• Participating in negotiations with suppliers and concluding contracts;
• Placing and managing orders with Serbian suppliers;
• Working with shipping documents;
• Handling claims and disputes with suppliers;
• Managing and controlling settlements with suppliers;
• Maintaining and controlling information in the internal data system, preparing translations and product labels;
• Monitoring competitors, assortment, and prices.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement;
• Experience in foreign economic activity will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in Serbian at C1 level or above (spoken and written), Russian at B2 level or above, knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information, attention to detail.
