• Searching for properties for a non-food retail chain, with premises ranging from 250 to 400 sq.m;
• Preparing presentations to assess the potential of premises;
• Negotiating with landlords at all stages of the deal;
• Concluding lease agreements;
• Search territory: Belgrade.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial real estate leasing;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory acts governing lease relations for non-residential premises;
• Knowledge of the Serbian real estate market, with a general understanding of the market and its key players;
• Confident MS Office user;
• Knowledge of Russian.
