Swiss Medica XXI Century is an international clinic based in Serbia, an expert in regenerative medicine. We specialize in the treatment of chronic and neurodegenerative diseases, including autism, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, type 2 diabetes, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Alzheimer’s disease, and stroke rehabilitation. Since 2011, we have helped over 10,000 patients from the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Australia, and other countries restore their health and quality of life, even in the most complex clinical cases.
At least 5 years of experience as a cook in high-traffic restaurants, hotels, cruise ships, or premium catering;
Proficiency in Russian, European, and Mediterranean cuisine;
Familiarity with food hygiene standards (HACCP);
English language proficiency at least B2 (experience working in an international environment);
Accuracy, and no habits that could hinder performance;
Communication skills and teamwork
Cooking meals for patients, accompanying persons, and clinic staff (European, Russian, Mediterranean, and Scandinavian cuisine);
Complying with process charts, portion control, taste quality, and presentation;
Complying with sanitary and epidemiological standards for all production processes;
Preparing food and other ingredients for cooking (freshness control, washing, peeling, and slicing);
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area;
Participating in inventory counts
Official employment contract in accordance with Serbian law;
Salary: 1200 Euro and up (based on experience);
Place of work: Dobanovci (daily shuttle bus)
