We are a seasonal, ingredient-focused brunch spot with a strong tourist crowd and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Great service is at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a hands-on leader who is organized, proactive, and confident in leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
We believe hospitality starts with the team, which is why we value a fun, friendly, and professional working culture and are looking for someone who naturally contributes to that dynamic.
– Valid residence/work permit
– Fluent in English, with at least basic knowledge of Serbian
– Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a management role
– Comfortable overseeing daily operations and leading a team of 12 people
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Highly organized, responsible, and proactive
– Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
– Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
– Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
– Manage staff scheduling and daily coordination
– Act as a link between management and staff, ensuring clear communication
– Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization
– Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
– Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality
– Monitor team performance, workflow, and development
– Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
– Oversee inventory levels, ensure regular stock checks, and place supplier orders as needed
– Contribute to improving systems, service, and overall guest experience
