– experience working as a manager in relevant projects (Serbia / Europe / Russia);
– understanding of service standards;
– confident use of cash register and CRM systems;
– conversational English / Serbian;

– experience working with wine and wine lists will be considered an advantage, as well as the ability to increase wine sales and develop wine service within the team.
