General Climate DOO Novi Sad — one of the largest importers of equipment for ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, is expanding its team and looking for a SERVICE ENGINEER combined with Driver responsibilities.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US:
• Similar work experience of at least 1 year;
• Repair and maintenance of climate control equipment;
• Readiness for a traveling nature of work;
• Knowledge and practical skills in diagnostics, repair, and servicing of climate control equipment;
• Skills in reading technical documentation;
• Secondary specialized education or higher;
• Russian language proficiency and ability to communicate in Serbian;
• Category B driver’s license.
• YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Receiving and processing requests from our existing clients regarding warranty service;
• Visiting client sites to conduct inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs;
• Providing consulting services to clients;
• Working with technical documentation;
• Analyzing the causes of equipment malfunctions;
• Driving a category B vehicle (minibus);
• Loading and transporting equipment;
• Maintaining reports and documentation;
• Studying new equipment and technical solutions.
