Coordinator
Symallor Doo Belgrade is a consulting company working on international IT projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a Coordinator to join the Facility Department team, which is responsible for supporting and maintaining relocation office facilities in Belgrade.
Requirements
• Russian, Serbian, and English — working proficiency • Experience working as a coordinator, office manager, assistant, or in a similar administrative/operational role • Confident use of Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams • Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously • Attention to detail and strong communication skills • Readiness to work from the office and occasionally travel to facilities
Will be considered an advantage: • Experience in facility/property/office management • Experience working with requests, contractors, reporting, or internal approvals
Key responsibilities
• Receive and coordinate requests from offices • Clarify details regarding requests and maintain communication with requesters • Assign tasks to facility managers and track completion statuses • Participate in approvals and organizational matters • Interact with contractors when necessary • Prepare regular reports on requests • Participate in monthly meetings with offices • Occasionally visit facilities around Belgrade (approximately once a week or less)
