The Shift Manager ensures the store and equipment are clean, organized, and well-maintained. You will demonstrate and explain the equipment available in the store (training will be provided). Responsibilities also include operating the cash register, managing daily reports, assisting customers, and supporting the team to ensure smooth store operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential.
