We are looking for a bartender:
– With at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry
– With knowledge of Serbian and English languages
– With a desire to grow in their professional field
– With knowledge of beverage and snack serving standards
– Following hospitality industry operating standards
– Punctual and understanding work ethics
– Neat and attentive to details
– Following cash handling discipline
What you will do:
– Preparing coffee, cocktails, serving drinks, and presenting snacks
– Telling bar guests about the wonderful Serbian winemaking tradition
– Monitoring stock levels and filling out purchase requests
– Accepting product deliveries (in the manager’s absence)
– Following safety and sanitation standards
– Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the bar
– Working on the menu and creating new items
