Sonder is looking for a waiter/waitress to join the project. Sonder Cafe is a coffee roastery and café under one roof. A joint project by Klim Zhukov (Aster, Rene) and Evgenia Tolmachyova (Verle Coffee Roasters). A neighborhood café with approachable food, in-house roasted coffee, and wine.
– At least 1 year of experience in relevant projects
– High level of empathy and hospitality
– Knowledge of service standards
– Knowledge of wine and coffee basics
– English is required, Serbian language will be an advantage
– Guest service according to service standards
– Working with iiko
– Greeting guests, communication, and handling guest feedback
– Knowledge of the menu and the project concept
– Work permit and assistance with residence permit application after successfully completing the probation period
– Meals provided
– Uniform provided
– Internal training on products and service standards
