NIKOLA INTERTRANS is a growing transport and logistics company specializing in international freight transportation across Europe. We operate our own fleet and work with a team of professional drivers, ensuring reliable and timely deliveries for our clients.
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Logistics Dispatcher who will take responsibility for coordinating international transportation, communicating with drivers, and monitoring trip execution.
Who we are looking for:
– Previous experience as a dispatcher in international transportation is required (European routes)
– Fluent Russian language skills
– Knowledge of Serbian will be an advantage
– Understanding of logistics processes and transport documentation
– Knowledge of drivers’ working time and rest period regulations
– Confident PC user with proficiency in office software
– Responsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to make quick decisions
– Willingness to remain available outside working hours when necessary
What you will do:
– Plan and coordinate international freight transportation across Europe
– Allocate vehicles, drivers, and orders to ensure efficient trip execution
– Communicate daily with drivers, monitor route performance, and promptly resolve operational issues
– Prepare and maintain transport documentation
– Keep records of drivers, vehicles, and transportation operations
– Monitor trip expenses and review and process driver reports
– Analyze logistics costs and participate in cost optimization initiatives
– Prepare regular reports for management
