Integration Support Specialist

Requirements

– Higher education or specialized secondary education (technical or engineering background will be a strong advantage);

– English proficiency at B2 level or higher (approximately 70% of communication is conducted in English);

– Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally;

– Ability to work with large volumes of information in a multitasking environment, quickly navigate processes, and understand working documentation;

– Strong customer service orientation and willingness to work as part of a team;

– Genuine interest in the IT industry and a desire for continuous learning and professional development.

Key responsibilities

– Connecting providers to our platform and assisting them throughout all stages of product launch;

– Processing incoming requests through Teams chats, Telegram, and the ticketing system;

– Communicating with clients and providers in English and Russian (approximately 90% of communication is written);

– Assisting in the development of technical documentation for software created by the company;

– Collaborating with other departments (developers, QA engineers, and others) to improve the product and resolve client issues;

– Participating in related projects and providing client support throughout all stages of service delivery.

Additional Information
