– Previous experience in retail sales
– Consulting customers (conversational Serbian language skills required) and active sales
– Willingness to work according to company standards and maintain a high level of customer service
– Cash register operations and payment processing
– Receiving and organizing merchandise
– Conducting inventory counts
– Maintaining merchandising standards and the cleanliness of the sales floor
– Official employment
– Salary: 75,000 RSD net + performance bonuses based on sales results and KPI achievement
