⁃ At least 6 months of experience as a sushi chef
⁃ Cleanliness and attention to hygiene
⁃ Accuracy and attention to detail
⁃ Responsibility
⁃ Strong attention to quality
⁃ Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
⁃ Teamwork skills
⁃ Preparing dishes according to recipes and technical specifications
⁃ Maintaining cleanliness at the workstation and following hygiene standards
⁃ Timely preparation of ingredients and mise en place
⁃ Schedule: 4/3 or 5/2. Shifts are approximately 12 hours
⁃ Any additional time worked beyond the scheduled shift is paid separately
⁃ Large and comfortable kitchen
